One year on and it doesn't look like this has taken off with the other mobile related features. In Australia most users have bluetooth disabled on default and most don't know how or what to use bluetooth for besides sending ringtones. Phone companies need to have bluetooth enabled on default then more users will be aware of the power of bluetooth and it how they can interact with other phones in the immediate area.

As Bluetooth technology becomes more popular and mainstream, the threat from unwanted access of bluejacking, bluebugging, and bluesnarfing is more important than ever.

Mobile Edge introduced the Wireless SPAM Shield accessory pocket specifically designed to block unwanted electromagnetic waves or radio frequencies for your Bluetooth enabled PDAs or cell phones. This technology is exclusive to Mobile Edge and is built in to virtually all of the laptop cases they make. This technology was first developed by NASA and is now integrated into their laptop carrying cases for your security.

Take a look for yourself at www.mobileedge.com
