I love these unrealistic job descriptions. When will companies ever learn??

Looking for: Product Marketing Manager in Mobile, London
Required:
QUOTE: 5 years minimum experience in product marketing

Why ON EARTH would I apply for a job as Product Marketing Manager if I worked as Product Marketing Manager already for 5, 6, 7 or 8 years?? Talk about job progression!

So they either want:
- People who have less experience (thus the ad doesn't make sense)
or
- People who are absolutely ineffective in their work, so that even after 7 years on the same job they still didn't get promoted and now try to find the exact same position yet again, just with another company.

Good luck...

I think this Flash Lite position with Us Two, London, will be of real interest to MobHappy readers too:

Us Two are looking for a full time Flash programmer who will be working closely with their
growing creative team on realising dynamic and innovative interactive mobile interface designs.

Understanding of flash lite would be a bonus, but this position is open to any flash programmers who are excited by the challenge of exploring interactive solutions in the emerging mobile communications field.

Please email marcus@ustwo.co.uk with examples of your work, Please title the subject with flash programmer.
