There’s an amusing little clip here of a BBC news story. The news team interviewed the wrong “expert” witness about the result of the Apple Vs Apple court case.
They ended up interviewing a taxi driver who had apparently been waiting for a pick up in BBC reception. I just love the first shot of the man who appears to be trying to alert the crew to the problem with facial gestures, before getting stuck in like a true pro.
The expert who should have been on camera was none other than Guy Kewney, veteran UK tech journo. Some cruel folks have been saying that our taxi driver pal made more sense than Guy. Ouch.
UPDATE: It seems that he wasn’t a taxi driver, but a job applicant for a data cleanser position with the BBC. Apparently, he thought his interview was part of the job interview process.
