		<description>Cmon Carlo, this one is a solution looking for problems and we know where they end up.  I can see this working for Real Estate (you arrive and the open house just ended so you can get all the details anyway) but see what awards the restaurant has won?  you coudl also take 12 steps forward and read the window, or ask the manager.</description>
