		<description>I have to agree with this statement that context is everything, its location by itself is not an excuse to message. If the product really has not something to say then better off not sending any messages.</description>

Services such as location based messaging, twitter, constant feeds, etc. on the mobile will eventually burn out the end user.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Send messages when you have something relevant to offer, not when someone is near your location.</description>
